If you wish, you can keep the card even after you sell your property.
These card offer the same privileges as five-year cards, but over a ten-tear period!

If you already own any type of multi-year Fairway Global Card, or if you owned one in the past, when you buy a property advertised on this website Fairway Global will refund the entire purchase price of your and your spouse’s cards - they will be cancelled and replaced with a Fairway Global Property Owner’s Card.
