Fairway Global was created by golf professionals with many years of experience. Globsport is currently affiliating several golf courses. -
2. Why should I buy a Fairway Global Card?
First of all because you'll save a lot of money. Then because you'll join a special Golf Club that will allow you and your family to learn or to improve this wonderful game in a pleasant environment characterised by friendliness and true sportsmanship.
You'll solve the problem of choosing a holiday for the whole family at absolutely competitive prices, even if not all your family members play golf. -
3. What if I can't play golf?
Fairway Global is the best solution to learn how to play golf during your holidays. When you go back home you'll be able to show off with your friends who had no idea you played golf.

4. I am already a member of a golf club.

5. What is the Fairway Global School of Golf?
Fairway Global's innovative proposal consists precisely in its commitment to create new players and to allow those who already play, or who learn how to play thanks to Fairway Global, to improve their game.
Owners of the Fairway Global Card will find the same teaching protocol - based on classes, private lessons and certificates, as described on the 'Classes' page - at all Fairway Global golf courses. -
6. I am not interested in the locations currently on your catalogue.
Fairway Global is a new system. In order to provide its clients with a really efficient service, it had to limit the number of locations.
But Fairway Global's priority commitment is to expand its network of affiliated golf courses. Therefore, please tell us which geographical area you are interested in and visit our website frequently to check out the news. -
7. What happens if my Fairway Global card gets lost or stolen?
Nothing. Immediately report the event by Internet as indicated on your personal page ('my fairwayglobal') and your card will be blocked at once to prevent it from being used in an unlawful way. A new card will be sent to you by post, against a refund of expenses.

8. If I decide to not use my card for one year (365 consecutive days from the first expiry date), do I still have to pay the validation fee?
You don't have to.

9. What is the validation fee for?
It is necessary to cover part of the yearly organizational and secretarial expenses, which Fairway Global has to meet to ensure that you enjoy your Fairway Global Card in full and without any troubles.

10. What happens if I don't pay the validation fee?
You will not be able to use your Fairway Global card for the current year, or part of the year, until you make your payment.

11. How do I use my Fairway Global card in the most advantageous way?
There are two ways to achieve EVEN MORE SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS:
1) Take advantage of the special offers, which often don't require any wait for confirmation of your reservation.
2) Use your Fairway Global card as often a possible. -
12. With which type of Fairway Global card do I obtain the best quality-price relationship?
With the five-year Fairway Global card - it costs slightly more than the three-year card, but it includes FOUR WEEKLY CLASSES at discounts up to 95%! Becoming a good player is a certainty!

13. Are there other cards besides the three-year and five-year card?
Yes, but they are special-issue cards, limited to promotions or reserved for the owners of real estate neighbouring some of our affiliated golf courses.

14. Is the Fairway Global card transferable?
Yes, at the conditions indicated on the page 'Card renewal/transfer' after accessing the 'my fairwayglobal' area.

15. Shall all reservations be made by Internet?
Only those for classes - both classes included in the Fairway Global card and additional classes in which you wish to enrol.
Except for the above cases, you can use your Fairway Global card on location without making reservations through the Internet.
Other reservations such as hotel stays, lessons, etc. are optional, but we strongly suggest to book in advance through the Internet to be sure to obtain the best accommodation.
At present, tee-time cannot be booked yet. -
16. When is it best to book?
Obviously, as far as classes and stays are concerned, as soon as possible - also to be sure that there will be places available.

17. Availability? How can I be sure that I will be able to use my Fairway Global card?
The Fairway Global system is strictly calculated on the basis of the capacity of each golf course.
Throughout the year all owners of Fairway Global cards will be able to find accommodation at at least one of the affiliated golf courses, and certainly for more than a week.
Even if the biggest ADVANTAGE of the Fairway Global card is being able to change your destination all the time, in order to achieve the highest probability of having your chosen destination and period confirmed you should MAKE YOUR RESERVATION WELL IN ADVANCE. -
18. Can I also book the time of the classes?
For organizational reasons, it's not possible.

19. If I have to cancel my reservation, will I be refunded?
Only a share of the price paid will be refunded and only if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before the beginning of the booked class.
The following refund rates will be applied:
80% if you cancel at least 60 days before the above-mentioned date;
60% if you cancel at least 30 days before the above-mentioned date;
30% if you cancel at least 15 days before the above-mentioned date.
A 100% refund rate will be applied if you sign the relevant insurance policy, at the terms and conditions indicated by the insurance company.
NO REFUNDS will be made in case of reservations related to special offers. -
20. Which is the best season?
Obviously, the budget season - you will enjoy SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS, BETTER SERVICE AND LESS CROWDS!

21. Are facilities also available to non-members of Fairway Global?
Certainly, all of them! This is the only way Fairway Global can guarantee that the discounts offered by the Fairway Global card are real.

22. Will there always be the same facilities in the Fairway Global catalogue?
No. Every year the total number will increase. Some facilities may leave the Fairway Global network according to the preference granted to them by Fairway Global card-owners.

23. May I attend more than one class in one year or two classes during the same week?
Yes, but in addition to the first class, if there are still classes available on your Fairway Global card, you will be given only a 20% discount on the price of the class.
We do not recommend to attend two classes during the same week. If you really want to make fast progress, Fairway Global advises you to take additional individual lessons - on the latter your Fairway Global card entitles you to a discount of AT LEAST 20%. -
24. Where can I improve my handicap?
At any golf course. As you may know, once you obtain a handicap - and only if you have a Federation card - you can improve it by taking part in any competition organized by any golf club that accepts your application to enter that competition. Your handicap will depend on how you play in each competition.

25. What is a Federation card?
It includes insurance, it can be issued by the national Federation of any country, it is internationally valid and it is necessary to be able to access golf courses throughout the world. If you don't have one, but you own a Fairway Global card, we can provide you one at the conditions indicated in 'my fairwayglobal'.

26. Ok, but when I go back home?
First of all, you'll have learned how to play golf or you'll have improved your game. You will be able to gain access to golf facilities near you home town because you'll own a Federation card.
Fairway Global will try to affiliate golf facilities in those areas where a suitable number of clients come from.
But remember: Fairway Global is mainly a tourist-centred golf school. -
27. What do you offer young people?
For youths under 21, a parent who owns a Fairway Global card can buy a second card with a 70% discount!
The two cards do not have to be bought at the same time.
For example, if you own a five-year Fairway Global card and, after two years, your child also wishes his/her own Fairway Global card, you will pay the additional card € 1,850/5 = 370 x 30% = € 111 ONLY to provide your child with a Fairway Global card that is connected to yours, with the same expiry date and including the same number of classes that you still have to use up; thus your child will be able to join you and will be more glad to spend the holidays with you.

28. Can I buy a Fairway Global card for my child alone?
Yes. You'll pay full price if you don't own a Fairway Global card yourself. Your child must be at least 8 years old. If you wish to escort him/her, you'll be offered a discount on the relevant accommodation.
